Spicy baked cauliflower
- 1 medium cauliflower (600 g)
- 1 table spoon of Damiano roasted hazelnut
- 1 table spoon of extra virgin olive oil
- 2-3 tea spoons of mix seasonings for curry (curcuma, cumin, coriander, ginger, garlic and chilli pepper)
- A pinch of saltSale q.b.
Clean and wash the cauliflower, separate it in smaller parts.
Cook it in steam for 9-10 minutes of boil for 4-5 minutes.
Prepare the sauce with olive oil, roasted hazelnut butter, mixed species and salt. Pour it on the cauliflower to season it all.
Put the cauliflower on the baking tray and bake it for 20-25 minutes in non-convection oven in 180°C until it becomes gold coloured.
Serve it warm or cold. It can be an ingredient for stuffing or soups.
