INGREDIENTS
- 400g of green beans
- one tablespoon of sesame seeds
- one tablespoon of Amandino, organic roasted almond butter
- extra virgin olive oil
- one clove of garlic
- salt
DIRECTIONS
Clean and wash the green beans.
Boil it in the water with a pinch of salt for 3-4 minutes. Drain it and keep the water on side.
Put the olive oil in a pan and sweat the garlic. Take away the garlic and put into the pan the green beans and sesame seeds.
Fry until the sesame seeds become a bit coloured. Then add the almond paste mixed with some water used for boiling the green beans and add some salt. Cook until the green beans glaze with the sauce.
