Fennel, radish and orange salad with pistachio dressing
- one fennel
- few radishes
- two oranges
- one tablespoon of organic roasted pistachio butter
- half lemon or lime
Clean the fennel and the radishes and slice it finely.
Peel the oranges as you would do with an apple and remove the external orange and white skin, so you’ll get the orange pulp, then cross it out.
Put the fennel, the radish and the orange slices in a bowl.
Prepare a dressing with half lemon juice and pistachio paste, add some salt and use this sauce for seasoning the salad. You can also add some pistachio kernels for decoration.
