Energy smoothie with dates yogurt and cashews
- 4-6 dates
- 150 g Greek yogurt fat free
- 1 tablespoon of roasted cashew paste
- 1 glass of coconut water or other vegetable drink
- 8 ice cubes
Pit the dates, cut it into pieces and put it in a blender with all other ingredients.
Blend it until it becomes a smooth and homogenous cream. Pour it into two glasses and add some ice cubes for a refreshing and full of energy drink.
