Energy smoothie with dates yogurt and cashews

  • 4-6 dates
  • 150 g Greek yogurt fat free
  • 1 tablespoon of roasted cashew paste
  • 1 glass of coconut water or other vegetable drink
  • 8 ice cubes



Pit the dates, cut it into pieces and put it in a blender with all other ingredients.

Blend it until it becomes a smooth and homogenous cream. Pour it into two glasses and add some ice cubes for a refreshing and full of energy drink.
