Chocolate smoothie bowl
- 1 banana
- 120 g Greek yogurt or skyr
- 2 tbs of Chocobella classic or Noir
- 1 tbs of raw cocoa powder (optional)
- Fresh season fruits
Cut the banana into slices and put it in the freezer for whole night.
Wash and clean the fruits and prepare it for the decoration of your smoothie bowl.
Put the banana together with the and blend it for few seconds until it becomes smooth and creamy but be careful and don’t warm it too much.
Share the mousse into two small bowls, top it with some fresh fruits and serve it immediately. It’s an excellent idea for a fresh and yummy breakfast or snack.
