Only Sicilian hazelnuts growing on the slopes of the Nebrodi mountains where the Romans planted their hazelnut groves to hold the ground in place and avoid landslides. Delicious hazelnuts that we pick and take to our establishment in Torrenova, that is only a short distance away. We select them (to do that we use our eyes, our noses, our experience and laser technology), we roast them to exalt the unique flavour of Sicilian hazelnuts, and then we process them until they become a tasty butter, with that velvety and natural texture all our butters have. All 100% organic. To be enjoyed with extraordinary ice creams, or on a slice of bread for a breakfast that will keep you going all day. Fancy something different?
